Thrive Executive Management was founded by the highly energetic entrepreneur Gina Jacoby. Her passion is to inspire, develop and fully support amazing talent within the motivational speaking arena. Gina currently serves as the company's "CIO", Chief Inspirational Officer, and oversees all day to day operations.
Gina holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She received many awards for competing in speech and debate tournaments while attending UCSB. She was profiled by Entrepreneur Magazine in 2000 and has won numerous sales awards during her career.
